पिछले दिनों एक शख्सियत से रूबरू होने का मौका मिला। जिस पद की गरिमा वो बढ़ा रहे हैं उनके विचार उससे भी गौरवांवित महसूस हुए। उन्होंने वर्तमान एजुकेशन मॉडल से जुड़ा ऐसा सुझाव दिया जिसे इम्प्लिमेंट किया जाए तो ग्रामीण और शहरी स्कूल एजुकेशन की दशा और दिशा दोनों बदल सकते हैं।
ये आइडिया है अनूठे एक्सचेज प्रोग्राम का, और आइडिया देने वाले हैं राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस। जस्टिस के अनुसार शहरी स्कूलों में शिक्षा,सुविधाएं और संभावनाएं अधिक हैं जबकि सुविधाओं के अभाव में भी ग्रामीण स्कूली बच्चों का आत्मविश्वास देखते ही बनता है। अभावों में पल-बढ़ रहे ग्रामीण बच्चों में भी प्रबल जिज्ञासा है, वे भी प्रगति की ऊंची उड़ान भरने को तैयार हैं। ऐसे में यदि उन्हें शहरी उन्नत शिक्षण संस्थान से एक्सचेंज प्रोग्राम के जरिए एक दिशा मिले तो राष्ट्र निर्माण में उनकी भूमिका अधिक सार्थक साबित होगी।
दरअसल, जस्टिस चाहते हैं कि शहर के बड़े स्कूल और ग्रामीण स्कूलों के बीच एक कल्चरल एक्सचेंज प्रोग्राम शुरू हो। इस के तहत ग्रामीण बच्चें शहर के इन स्कूलों में आकर,यहां के बच्चों के साथ रहकर कुछ नया सीख सकेंगे। वहीं शहरी बच्चें भी ग्रामीण परिवेश को करीब से जान पाएंगे।
उल्लेखनीय है कि वर्तमान में शहर के बड़े स्कूल कल्चरल एक्सचेंज के तहत विदेशी स्कूलों के बच्चों को अपने यहां बुलाते हैं और यहां के स्टूडेंट विदेश के स्कूल और सोसाइटी से रूबरू होते हैं।
जस्टिस के भाषण के वे अंश जिनमें वे ऐसे एक्सचेंज प्रोग्राम की पूर जोर वकालत कर रहे हैं। यह विचार उन्होंने हाल ही एक स्कूल के वार्षिकोत्सव में वक्त किए थे।

Dear students take first step in the right direction. then what is right direction? will be tought you by your dear teachers and your dear parents. your inner councious will tell behinde every good happning there are 5 essencials ...noble purpose, dedicated person, infrastructor sources, support from destiny and telentless effort. You and me are unfoutunate that we have everything in comand, the best of food, best of cloths, the best of medicine and best of eduction and what want. But look at the people who live in villages, where there is heartly in an electricity, water, a good eduction, and if you move out byond 40 km from any city we can see how people live, see the life of the people....
I would suggest you(institution) must try to have an exchange programe for student of our institution with the student of the villages. so, they can also learn from you a lot. Yesterday only i was at sardarshahar in a village. where more then 400-500 student come to a function, where i could really visualise how the students of villages hope full and the anthiazmes and full of confidance, strong build but they lake something which we are. getting in the city or gaining in the city.
therefore, some exchange cultural programe shold be there for student of villages, so, they also and come up in life. and come up to the expections of the great contry.
I would just suggest,that this may be considerd by Mr. Gupta(Dr. Ashok Gupta, Dirctor of India Internation School). who is as it is very dianamic person, and who can do wonders and has wonders in this fild, naturaly after a great stainth whitch we have. he must take it inasitive and getting to the villages and helpping the students of those villages.
